Island Way Pools

Island Way Pools did a great job from start to finish. The build time was quick, the quality of the work was excellent, and communication throughout the entire process was very good. I’m in the construction business myself and am around commercial pool construction regularly, so I have high standards and Island Way Pools absolutely met them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a well built pool and a smooth overall experience.

We started our journey with Island Way Pools back in September, and I can honestly say the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Communication was prompt, professional, and consistent throughout the entire process. Joe and Zack were exceptionally awesome and even after the pool was completed, any small issues that came up were handled quickly and without hesitation. After my wife’s battle with cancer, the number one thing she wanted was a pool. Choosing Island Way Pools made that dream a reality, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. As Air Force disabled veterans, my wife and I take quality of life very seriously, and selecting Island Way Pools was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We shopped multiple pool companies before deciding on Island Way and have been extremely pleased with entire process. They provided guidance on design (we still get tons of compliments!) detailed overview of the build, timely and ongoing communication, and speedy resolution on any concerns that would arise during the process. Even the follow up communication after completion has been nothing short of stellar! Highly recommend!

Amazing amazing across the board! This might be a long one so make time for it lol Not sure why there’s some unhappy customers when I read some of the reviews. We love our pool! It’s taken a minute to write this review I do apologize. It was built some months back, we’ve been so busy enjoying it with friends and family and life’s busy. The dogs love it too! It’s great exercise for everybody, even at night we swim way more than I ever imagined we would. The pool and deck was built fairly quickly and exactly the way we wanted. Very pleased with our new pool from Island Way Pools. Finished nearly a month ahead of schedule! Everyone on the Island Way Pools team is awesome. But a special shout out to Tyler our project supervisor. He always went above and beyond the call of duty.
