Ivy H. Smith

Do NOT under any circumstances hire Ivy H. Smith for any work or services. They busted our grounding wire that was clearly marked with a cone when they were digging, scraping or driving over it and outright refuse to pay for damages. They completely deny that they could have done it when they are the ONLY ones who have been out to the property doing work. The cone was moved as can be seen in the photos and the wire was carelessly damaged. They lie and won't take responsibility for their actions. Looks like we will be taking this to small claims court for their negligent actions. See the first 2 photos before, and the second 2 photos where the cone was very clearly moved to the side.Their tracks where the excavator had driven and dirt piles from digging and scraping is evident. Absolutely

I have to file a complaint against Ivy H. Smith, company damaged my main water line and then fixed it but my water bill sky rocketed and they don't want to take responsibility I have pictures of their damage and where they dug at and damage they did. Nick Stated this wasn't on them. I guess they damage things and don't take responsibilities. Rude and careless. Will be providing more images to the insurance company.

This company will tear up your yard, damage irrigation, and never fix any of the issues. Worst underground utility company ever! Full of lazy employees and poor management. They won't even respond to emails or voice-mails. Small claims court will be your only option to get this sorry company to fix their screw ups.

Ivy Smith was hired by AT&T to "repair" our drive way from AT&Ts mistake of drilling through our plumbing 2 years ago. ( We just bought the house in April). They did the worst job known to man on our drive way after being harassed to come out for 3 months! They ruined our grass and when asked to fix it they came out and dropped sod on top of the dead stuff so of course it died too. So they came to re do it today and DID THE SAME THING. Our HOA is about to start fining us.

Ivy Smith was at my home yesterday to repair sewer line damage done during fiber optic installation. They did an amazing job!!! Chelsea and Chris and a couple other guys took care of the issue. It was a lot of work but the crew arrived early, did an amazing repair and left my yard and sidewalk looking spotless. Thank you Ivy Smith!!!
