Been using JC for years! Not only are they family owned and operated but they are so caring. They always come through when I need them. Even when they are very busy they come faster than any other company & match prices. They also offer oil burner service which is great so I don’t have to look for anyone else. I would highly recommend them such great service. Keep it up JC Discount.

My Personal Oil Company has NEVER missed a delivery in 15 yrs. Computer glitche...my wife tells me at 9pm Friday night!!! Stroke you say? To say the least! We called JC Discount Fuel and we're literally swept off of our feet being rescued by "TERRI"!!!! JC Discount totally saved our day!!!!! Thank you, Terri!!!

Been a customer for years started to use them to service my boiler, After a recent service, the boiler did not work properly, so I called them back to take a look. Their head tech called Chris in my opinion came in high or on something, sabotage my system and couldn’t repeat enough. I needed a new system for at least 6000 which was a great price, According to him. I guess it’s so hard to find somebody that wants to make an honest living. They will be hearing from my attorney. Buyer beware!!

Anthony was here today for a burner service and he was great! He was mindful of my floor and was careful going in a out around my kids. I also have very nosy toddlers that he was friendly with which was very nice. He also gave me a run down at the end which was appreciated. I hope we work with him in the future and I'll be sure to request him for the next service when needed!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I had a house fire last year and could not renew my contract. As my house is being restored 2 plummers looked at my oil burner and advised me of things that were wrong. I called to have JC look up my service records. IMMEDIATELY the rude woman , Lisa, is defending JC without even knowing the full story. She wouldn’t let me talk-kept talking over me while she said I was talking over her. She accused me of things and told me I’m stupid. I started recording the call because I couldn’t believe how rude, belligerent, and nasty this “CUSTOMER SERVICE “ person was.!!!!! Then to top it off she first refused to give her name and hung up on me!!!! I called back to get her name. What an attitude!!!! She should not be dealing w
