They are a wonderful local family business. Quick to respond to phone messages and they try to make an appointment as soon as possible. When they’re here you don’t notice because they’re so clean and efficient! All I know is when they’re done everything is fixed and working. They have worked on my oil burner and hopefully water heater soon. Highly recommend.

J.C. Eisenbrey is the go-to in the area for all HVAC needs. They are busy for a reason. They are honest, fair, and do high quality work. We have used Justin and his dad for all our HVAC instals and maintenance over the years. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

I called Eisenbrey & Son about an issue I was having. Justin came out within 4 days to assess my issue. He told me he was backed up for 3 weeks and he would reach out after that. When 3 weeks passed I called multiple times to schedule the repair and my messages went unanswered. It is now 5 weeks and I have hired another company to do the work. My suggestion to Eisenbrey and Son would be to not take on more customers than they can handle. The company came highly recommended from a plumbing contractor. I have since reached out to them to let them know not to refer Eisenbrey since they are non-responsive when trying to contact them.

This company is great. They have come to my rescue many times. I have an old boiler that supplies heat and hot water to my house. They show up fast and even after hours once. The work they do is great and they will inform you if they see anything else that needs work. These guys are great at what they do and if you ever need help you should definitely give them a call.

I called at the end of October to have my boiler cleaned. I was told that i would be put on the schedule. I called several times over the next 3 weeks to get an update. Every time I was told that I was on the schedule but they could not give me an exact date. I finally sent a email on November 18th 2018. I was told they are busy but I was still on the schedule. They still could not give me a date. They said they would contact me as soon as they could get to me taken care of. Its now January 6 2019.Over 2 1/2 have past and I guess I'm still "on the schedule" Poor customer service and very very very poor communication.
