They came out within a day to inspect the site, had a ton of knowledge, and returned a few days later to fix the problem of the previous installer. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and worked within budget means. I will be using JD carpets for any flooring work in the future - make sure it’s done the CORRECT way and use them! 5 stars! I bought three carpet remnants for my home because I have dogs and wanted to protect my floors. They recommended waterproof padding, helped me with measurements, and had very affordable prices. I highly recommend them!!

I have used JD Carpets several times for home projects requiring wall to wall carpet along with the purchase of some remnants. Their selection, quality, and prices are the best I have seen anywhere in the Baltimore area. They have their own installers, so it cuts out the middle man contractors that you have when you buy from large corporate retailers. This savings is passed on to their customers. Excellent and expedient customer service, highly recommend.

Needed some carpet on a pretty quick turnaround, and went in and they had a large selection to choose from. Prices beat the big box stores and the quality for the price is unmatched. Owner is super friendly and delivery happened quickly. Installers professionalism was unrivaled on any flooring install I've ever had before. Will not look anywhere else for future flooring needs.
