From start to finish, they were extremely professional, helpful, and always answered all our questions quickly and completely. I highly recommend them as a contractor. JJ Lane is working on a water pipe replacenent project on Scott Avenue in Syracuse. Matt Mendez is the project manager and has done an excellent job coordinating and keeping us updated and informed.

Contractors from JJ Lane installed a new copper water service into our house. They were extremely professional and kind when they entered our basement. Furthermore, they restored our lawn to better than it was before they were there.

JJ Lane has been replacing water lines off west genesee st. When they replaced one of ours at a property we own, there was a break in the line and the basement is now covered in mud and mold as it wasn’t cleaned properly. They refuse to return calls and the one chance I had to speak with someone they said “well not much we can do about it now”

They have been on my street fixing what looks like water system under the road for 30 days. They refuse to drive fwd so for 30 days non stop that beeping is going off. They sit around for Hours on their phones every day, to lengthen the job i imagine. Today they cut my fiber optic line! They are frauds and make believe construction people. 30 days and they are still on my street of 5 houses!!??
