After having a bad experience with one locksmith in Trumann (who didn't show up for our scheduled appointment and very rudely told us he wasn't making any service calls that whole week) we called J&J on the spur of the moment and they were at our house within 30 minutes. They are both very polite and did an excellent job with reasonable rates. We recommend them to anyone.

My husband just passed away a week ago and I called several places and my gut and the way they talked to me on the phone I knew these were the ones I wanted to use, they were the absolute best, I really can’t go on to express how happy I was with them, plus no drilling on my safe, they had it opens unharmed in just a few minutes. Just the nicest people.

If I could give more stars I would. We went out of town on vacation and our house sitter got locked out with our dogs trapped inside. They showed up within 30 minutes of calling and had her in quickly. They saved our weekend getaway and were incredibly friendly. Thank you Jeff
