I used them before I moved. They were dreadful to deal with and a horrible job. Will not use them again.

He kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed on time and at a reasonable price. The crew that performed the work was professional, hard working and detail oriented. I would highly recommend JK Consultants for your flooring needs!

Carpet installed in my apartment is beyond perfect....the problem is they broke the base of my $600 dining room table and have yet to fix the problem. I have called and emailed and had conversations with the owner with no resolve. I've sent information on how to order the base and the price along with the store and receipt of my original purchase. No one has reached out to me and I'm sick of reaching out to them so my next attempt is walking in the store and talking to someone face to face and if nothing happens I'll see them in court....I have more than enough proof! Great job on the carpet HORRIBLE JOB WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST A TIP DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
