We set up an appointment with J&M for our semi-annual / annual HVAC maintenance on Tuesday and had them there the very next day! Matthew was able to show up even sooner than anticipated, which worked great for us, and gave us tons of information what to look out for and the things he would be doing for us. He gave us quite a few valuable pro tips regarding ongoing maintenance and procedures on getting our filters replaced. He was super friendly and professional and had answers for any questions we had and was thorough with our maintenance. I would highly recommend J & M to anyone in the Hemet/Menifee area, super fair prices along with great customer service; thanks again Matthew!

Had J&M come out to do a check on a furnace for us. The technician Zach was awesome. He was super knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. He was very safety oriented for my wife and I, which was nice to hear. Every part of our communication with them has been excellent. Would 100% recommend.

This company has been great for me and my family home! Today we had a service done for the heating system and the technician they sent was named AJ. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole appointment go smooth and easy. He was very efficient and kind! Last time I had a heater running rich it took me asking 5 different companies to come out before the problem was identified and I wasn’t treated like I was stupid and imagining things. Zach not only listened to my “stories” but then told me how he would check for the various things that concerned me. I can’t vouch for the whole company but I love Zach. In this “era” where I feel lied to and bullied by just about everyone this was a great experience and relief. I was already to do “battle” but that wasn’t abc won’t be necessary.
