The renovation plus extras were complete timely and cost effective. Preston and his team made may old house go from worn down to new. They always took the time to answer all my questions. He was thorough about explaining what was covered by the insurance and other things I wanted done. Preston worked diligently with my adjuster which wasn't an easy job. PL Builders had come out to our building twice. The first time we had a damaged wall that needed a lot of repair. Lupe was easy to get a hold of and came out right away. They were so wonderful to work with we asked them out a second time for more drywall skimming and texture. PL Builders were amazing! We had the privilege of working with Preston and Lupe who were both so helpful in the whole process. They made sure to take care of all our needs and kept us stress free throughout the whole process. Our house was flooded due to a problem in our restroom which led to my bedroom and hallway. Unfortunately during the time my mother was recovering from chemo and was due to go back for more treatment and because of that she could stay in our home.
