Excellent repair service, I call them when I'm having trouble with my AC and heat units.

We had a good experience with the service tech, Curtis! Lady in the office was also great to work with.

Called in August because upstairs not cooling. Spoke to Jasmine & said tech was in area & would come after he finished. He did not, no phone call, nothing. Next day I called & was told by Jasmine he'll be there that day. Nothing!! Tech finally comes after the weekend. Weeks later I get a bill for $257.60. Called on 9/12/24 & paid over the phone. Checked bank account & Jasmine charged $401.60 to my account, not $257.60 (actual bill). Called her and she was trying to charge me for a bill in 2020 that was already paid. Not only was she billing me for taxes in the wrong county, she was to "credit" me back the $144.45 she fraudulently billed to my account. As of today 9/16/24, that amount is showing as a DEBIT on my account, not credit!! She has no customer service skills, obviously doesn't kn

I called them Monday afternoon about a heating issue. The person on the phone said that they would come to my house either by that day or Tuesday morning. The person also said that I would get a phone call or text letting me know when someone was on their way. No one ever showed up; no call, no text either. I called again Tuesday afternoon, and the person on the phone told me that they would come to my house sometime that day. Again, I was told that I would get a call or text when they were on their way. No one showed up, and I received no call nor text. I called another heating and air company Wednesday afternoon, they arrived to my house within 3 hours and fixed my heating issue. Meanwhile, no communication at all from J&M on that Wednesday.
