We hired J Milliman Painting to complete some exterior dry rot repair and to paint the parks clubhouse and garage trim. James and his team at J Milliman Painting were so attentive to the detail and completion of this project from start to finish. James provided a very fair quote. James and his Crew were fantastic. They jumped right in on a water remediation situation that turned out beautifully Project completed on time and the space was cleaned up. . In fact, it was so good I had them do a quick makeover in my kitchen that I had been contemplating for the last couple of years. The budget didn’t include a complete kitchen makeover but with their expertise I turned the black home counter space into a bright work area.

Amazing transformation! The quality of work has made our kitchen look updated and beautiful again. They were able to do it in just 4 days. Best service and best value. Our AC in the attic leaked onto our bedroom ceiling, causing substantial water damage to the ceiling. Milliman came over to assess the job and gave us a detailed, written quote. Based on a friend’s recommendation, we hired him. His crew came in when scheduled and finished the job early. They cut out all of the wet Sheetrock, replaced it with new Sheetrock, textured the whole ceiling, painted the ceiling and two walls, and now we cannot tell that anything had happened at all. The result is beautiful! My wife said, “Wow, this is the first time we’ve had a contractor come out and they do everything right the first time. Very happy.”
