Good communication and follow through on a claim I had with AT&T for cutting my sprinkler master valve and foundation soaker hose when they were burying my fiber line.

AT&T used them to bury my cable. Their technician broke my water line and didn't report it (he clearly saw it). My water bill was about $250. They wanted bills before and after that. I sent it on May 13th and still haven't been compensated. They are the worst. I guess I'll go to BBB next and small claims court.

Such a poor piece of coordination and communication. The AT n T installation was blocked for 2 weeks because their construction crew failed to update that the work was completed. AtnT you need to cut their contract and find a better contractor

Joe came by yesterday to repair my cut sprinkler line. Not only was he quick to respond, he was courteous, professional, in constant communication with me since I was not at home at the time, sent photos of the progress and overall got the job done quickly. Thank you Joe! You are truely an asset..
