Jeff was the only one of five HVAC contractors to walk through my entire house before making his final recommendations. Jeff found issues in the upstairs cooling that none of the other contractors took the time uncover and with that provided me with options to solve those issues. I've been looking for a good quality, knowledgable and experienced GeoThermal HVAC service technician since 2009. I'm very happy to say that I've finally found them with Mr. Jeff Zanes and company. He even went the extra mile with various phone calls and emails to get a very expensive part covered under warranty. Even though it was not a brand/manufacturer he typically deals with. Complicated geothermal project in a large historic home. Jeff & company did a fine job sizing the system, installing it, and making it fit in a challenging space. No issues so far with the system, enjoying dramatically lower heating costs already and looking forward to lower cooling costs in the summer.
