Thank you to Z.L. Patterson & Son, LLC for helping us with our beloved yard. They accommodated our schedule, graded and leveled off our yard to correct the drainage issue we'd been having, and then seeded. They took away all the excess soil too! The guys were done in just under an hour and they had the perfect size machine to fit into our little townhouse yard. They were soooo careful. We could not be more pleased!!! (And they are fully licensed and insured.)
