Hello I have been a customer of Ross Fogg for many years and counting. They have courteous staf in house and the driver's. There is no wait because they know the weather may bring so they gear themselves up and are ready to serve the community. My longest wait time was (1) day due to the weather and we all need to be patient with their driver's because they are carrying a flammable substance, so we need them to be SAFE to your homes and back to the office. They also have families who worry while their out on the roads delivering fuel to keep other families WARM. That's just my opinion. I love Ross Fogg Fuel. ♥️

I used to call and check fuel prices. Ross Fogg was almost always the cheapest. Sometimes someone else was a penny or two a gallon cheaper, but Ross Fogg's service is so good, I don't even bother calling around anymore. When I need fuel, I just call them, and they bring it. Always quick, and their drivers are always friendly and professional.

I like Ross Fogg oil company there’s nice ppl helpful BUT there’s this 1 lady that answers most of the calls and she is ALWAYS RUDE and unprofessional, I hate calling because of her she gets me in such a bad mood I’m considering changing thanks to her, I see most ppl are complaining of the same lady and NOTHING IS BEING DONE smh it continues. 1 more time and I am definitely changing. (Please learn to ask for people’s name politely instead of “okay I don’t know who you are”) also (thank you’s) wouldn’t hurt you either instead off hanging up in ppls face without us finishing!
