a poor message-taking process resulted in me choosing another vendor. I called the first time and spoke to someone who said they would call me back to schedule an appointment. After more than a day, I had received no call-back, so I called again. I spoke to a different person who said someone would again call me back to schedule the appointment. No one has ever called back. I understand if businesses are busy/short-staffed...but a simple call back would be courteous.

I take no pleasure in leaving a one-star review for any business, but they are very disorganized and do not honor their quotes. They needed to coordinate with another company for a project and were given notice of the plan several weeks in advance. On the day work began, they scheduled other work, left the job and billed us for leaving to do that work and coming back. I suspect they were also billing the people they left to do work for. In the end they billed us 20% over invoice and their communication is so bad with their employees they could not figure out what work was actually done. Most of emails were not even met with a response and this was before, during and after having the work done. No idea how anyone could use them twice.

I had them run me a line for power, a clean and great job was done! A high thumbs up! Thank you guys

They have done several projects for us and have always met or exceeded expectations. Thanks for everything as always Wayne and Yvette
