I left a lengthy review which somehow got removed, so I will just repost. The Smith County Sherrif Dept had to retrieve items this company stole from me during the move. At first, they denied it, but then when caught red-handed because there was video, they claimed it was a mistake. No! They just lie! You do not mistakenly open boxes, take out jewelry, and then re-tape the boxes shut. Some items were taken to a pawnshop where the sheriff’s department re-claimed it. I have an extensive paper trail of evidence! They can lie, but I have proof.

Initially when they came out to view the house, they stated they could move everything. However, once they arrived they only moved half of the stuff. Leaving behind more than 2 truck load of items (furniture included) for us to move on our own. My agent and I have called numerous times with no response. I highly recommend you use another moving company and stay far away from this one!!

Do NOT hire this company!! The movers damaged 4 pieces of furniture. The owners wife told me they were not responsible but her husband would call me back to discuss the problem but he never did. I got no resolution to the problem so i strongly recommend to find another mover.

The guys they sent were top notch and great to work with! We enjoyed their honesty and professionalism! A most definite recommend from us!

The easiest move I have ever had! The guys were polite, efficient, and handled all my items with care! Would highly recommend!!
