We recently had our AC unit replaced, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. From our very first interaction with the sales team through installation, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. John, Pablo, Phil, and Larry were absolutely amazing during the install. They were friendly, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy. They took the time to explain our new system thoroughly and made sure we felt confident and informed before they left. Outstanding service, great communication, and a team that truly cares about their work. We highly recommend them!

John, Bryan and Keegan came out today to complete the installation of our new AC system. They were very courteous and mindful that my wife was working from home on her computer. We are very happy with the system and the installation. Alex was our salesman. He was prompt and courteous as well. Almost all my neighbors use Jacob’s heating and Air for their homes. We have recently changed our HVAC service provider to JACOB, from another company (who I will not name, because they were actually pretty good over the years). We contacted Jacob for a second estimate after our existing company recommended replacing our unit (it was working fine) due to age and deterioration. We were with our previous company since 2016, and while our unit was in great running order, they were wonderful about keeping our AC "maintained" at a fair price. As the years went on, they started high pressure sales pitches to add features, upgrades and finally a whole new unit... (ours is now 13 years old, but running fine). Thank you to the office staff for scheduling service right away. They went out of their way to let me know there was a problem my phone number, got it corrected, and got the service completed. Areli was my service tech. Great communication, he let me know what he was doing as he went. He was fast and effective. Thank you to the whole staff! Great job!
