Incredible company, from the first meeting I had with Jade, Jeff and Morgan, I knew I wanted to use them for my project. They have a great team and they do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend them. This project is a large remodel on a main house and a guest house.

We used Jade Plumbing in Jackson to replace our water heater which had quit working. They were efficient and clear with their communications both through phone calls and texts. Patrick came the same day and went through our options and costs. He was friendly and thorough, even calling us the next morning to make sure we had no trouble over night. He also made sure we had his personal number in case there were any issues. Would definitely use again and recommend to our friends.
