Highly recomment this father and daughter team. Our main drain was clogged, I called another company waited hours for someone to came over and didn't even do anything but charged us $95. For the following two days I called a few other people, either told was too late to call them or didn't have right tools. I called Tim and told him our situation, they were all book for today, but they made reangement and came to my house got the job done very quickly for a very reasonable price.

Less than 1 star. Called at 6am on a Sat. Said he would be here around 8am. No show. Called and said he was trying to get his truck started. Waited... left message. He called back20 minutes later, I mentioned to him since he was running late I needed to grab mh ride while I had it up to the corner to the Walgreens Western Union kiosk. He then told me to get someone else that its to cold outside. Lmfao. Really?

Really honest an straightforward. Easy to work with and went out of the way to help. Much appreciated!

I received great customer service. The owner and proprietor was knowledgeable and well informed concerning septic systems. Will, definitely hire them again!
