Very friendly. Helpful and timely. They came out i decided it was best to replace the garage door after talking with them. They ordered the garage door right away and had installed as soon as it came.

I needed work done on my garage door so googled and read reviews of companies that service the Rockford area. Unfortunately the first one I chose did not do a good job installing a new opener so I contacted Rock River Door Company in Rockton, IL to complete the project. What a huge difference between these two companies! After doing a 29-point inspection, RRDC's technician, Matt, replaced the torsion springs, cables, and rollers and then fixed the mistakes previously made on the opener by the other company. Matt is experienced and extremely competent, honest and trustworthy, and a true professional in every sense of that word.
