Awful. Guy came out after a week of no service, I left work early to meet him. He got upset when he realized the repair would require him getting in my attic. He called his supervisor and said that I am the one who wants to reschedule. Absolutely not. Tricked me into feeling I had no choice but to reschedule, then blamed me for it…. Not nice. Update: A SUPER helpful technician came out the the next day and was shocked about the other guy. Had my service up and running in no time.

Horrible company and sketchy employees. Jaguar reps came out as subcontractors for Spectrum to connect neighbor’s service. For the work, they couldn’t find the underground pipe to feed the cable from a green box on other side of my house to neighbors house. Without asking they dug in my yard blindly and broke an irrigation line. One rep denied they broke and said the irrigation system doesn’t work anyways in neighborhood. Mind you this is a new built neighborhood, we closed on house in November 2023. They tried to deny responsibility. As I’m on phone w Jaguar rep, they started using a metal pressurized pipe in hole to make a tunnel under my driveway which caused a bunch of pavers bricks to dislodge and cause a hump in my driveway now. Matthew of Jaguar came out today when our internet (Spectrum) went down. He was right on time, knew exactly what needed to be done after looking around, then also cleaned up a previous job where the wire was frayed. Highly recommend!
