I have used Jake's service to renovate a room in my house. His team was able to get it done in a timely matter. Easy to work with and does the work with pride. He will not leave a work undone or until the customer is happy. Will definitely use more for other projects.

He is very clear in scheduling and detailing the tasks within each job so that everyone is on the same page and expectations are managed. He is also flexible and willing to try and accommodate situations as they pop-up! I have used Jake's services for 3 projects now - Residential Unit Wall Patching, Painting and Plumbing Repairs, Walk-Up Condo Common Area Drywall, Plaster and Stairwell Bannister Repair and Painting, and Washer/Dryer Installation - and I cannot wait to work with him again! We brought an investment property earlier this year. And hired Jake and his team to help us to do a whole house remodel. Jake did a great job. The house went from looking like an old dated house to a cozy new house. Best of all the new tenants were extremely happy with the house as well. Job well done!
