Called Jake when my hot water tank sprung a leak and needed replacing. He fit me in the next day and did a great job at a fair price. Prompt and professional. I'll be calling Jake again for future plumbing and heating needs.

The ducts on our heating system needed some work. Jake was very professional and prompt in estimating the work. The two gentlemen who did the work were knowledgeable and quick, and had us fixed up in no time. And, the final bill was much less than the estimate, which was very good news. I would use these guys again for any plumbing or heating needs. Highly recommend!

Jake arrive the same day we got in contact with each other. Within 30 minutes, had an issue that surely would have taken me a week to fix taken care of. Professional, responsive, and good quality work at a fair price.

Was in a jam with water leak. Contacted serval local plumbers and Jake was the only one available to come the next morning. Said he would arrive first thing in the morning, but arrived mid-morning. I had sent Jake a video prior showing a valve leak, which I thought would be a fairly simple repair. He arrived with a second person and the valve was replaced in 35 minutes. I appreciated the fact Jake was able to come when he did, but when I received the bill, it was more than I expected. Explanation I was given was that he had to travel from Providence and he had a second person with him. I would suggest getting more billing details upfront prior to service, which is something I failed to do.
