I have been a very happy customer of Vortechs HVAC for more than ten years!! Vortechs has been my 'go to' HVAC company at multiple properties- for everything ranging from annual preventative maintenance appointments to installs of boilers, ductless AC systems, and the list goes on! It is rare (and very awesome!) to work with a company where you get to know the people (ranging from the office staff to the technicians), where they communicate clearly and honestly, they show up on time, they are available and quick to respond to emergencies, they take pride in their work, and they value their customers. I have recommended Vortechs to other friends who have all been very happy with their service, and I will happily continue to recommend Vortechs!

When my boiler failed during a severe cold snap and snowstorm, this heating company truly came to my rescue. They responded on very short notice and professionally replaced my unit, preventing what could have been frozen and burst water pipes. The team was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me select the right replacement boiler for my home. I strongly recommend Vortechs for your heating and cooling systme installation or repairs to your current system. David was the tech who was a tremendous help. He is an experienced and skilled technician who was with our project from repair of the 25 year old existing system (which kept the system running in NOV and DEC) to the removal and installation of a new furnace and air conditioning system. I have worked with Vortechs for many years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and response. I manage a camp and conference center with multiple buildings with and HVAC systems including oil, electric, propane and natural gas. Needing a quick and skilled response when there are guests on site is important and Vortechs has always stepped up to the plate. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Hunter our technician was excellent, prompt on time for appointment, very thorough on the work he preformed, and also spoke about the maintenance he was performing and based on what I observed checked more items than what have been performed by other boiler service companies that i have observed in the past. He also left all the workspace very clean when he complete the servicing of the boiler.
