ZERO STARS... Their practices are unprofessional and "Kristen" (office manager) is certainly not a representation of great service. This company was contacted for a repair. I called on a Wednesday only to be told that the first available service date was the following Tuesday. Due to issues with finding a plumber in the area, I agreed to the inconvenient date and asked to be contacted in the event that there was something earlier. Of course, I continued to try to find a company that could perform the repair sooner. The following day I found a plumber and they hopped right on the job. While the plumber was on site, the James Buck Plumber arrived. They came on Thursday rather than the following Tuesday but didn't bother to call me back which was the agreement. Extremely unprofessional for a business owner. Treats customer service and retail workers like absolute garbage. Would not do business with him. Take your business elsewhere if you want quality because you will not find it here.
