James Flooring always does a great job! Quality, service, value, and communication, are all top-notch. We've used James three times for various flooring projects, from just a kitchen to our entire home, 1,600 sq ft of LVT. All three times were perfect execution from sales through the installation. I highly recommend James!

We were delighted with the help we received when we walked into the James showroom. The representative was very helpful and was able to show us what we liked. Installation went smoothly as promised by two young men who took time to explain different ways to do the job and I loved their way so much better than mine! We had scheduled an appointment for them to come measure our floors for carpet… I had canceled the appointment prior in the week which wasn’t communicated across…there was also no prior day confirmation that either. Our daughter is in the hospital currently . The guy that came out not only was really unprofessional but sat there and was cussing on our ring door bell about us! Will not be going with them and will not be rescheduling the appointment!

We loved our experience with James Flooring! Since we had several rooms to floor, it easily could have turned into a chaotic time. But Brandon made everything run smoothly, even getting the installers here at an earlier date than we had expected. The installers of both the flooring and the “quarter-round carpenter” were efficient and professional, and you could tell they all took great pride in their work. We would buy again from this company, and DEFINITELY recommend them to others! We had a great experience from shopping in the store throughout installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was here on time, communicated well and did a great job! We would absolutely do business with them again!
