James Rayner Masonry&Hardscapes

So disappointed that we referred James to our elderly customer who paid him to do her cement work and he never did get the cement done. He does not answer or return her calls or ours and has been avoiding us for three weeks now. To take someone's money and not do the job you were hired to do it unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional. We will NEVER referrer him again and only hope that our customer wins suit against him in court and gets her money back.
