After they finished the repairs, I wanted to verify the work. I noticed they had only replaced one board and patched four others instead of replacing them as originally promised. When I called the technician, he insisted that all the boards had been replaced. Fortunately , before sending me the estimate, he had also sent me photos showing the damaged areas and explaining what would be replaced. When I went to my house to check the work, I found a notice posted on the front door saying: “Water is shut off due to broken pipe under back deck. Will be back to repair tomorrow – and there was deferent company name not Jamul company, I took a photo of the note When the Jamul Pest Control representative arrived and I showed him the note, he quickly ripped it, apparently thinking I had not seen it

He didn’t just address the main problem—he also sprayed for cockroaches, silverfish, and other pests to make sure everything was fully covered. What really stood out was the warranty he provided, which no other company was willing to offer. He even came back to the property after 15 days to make sure the pests were completely gone. On top of the excellent service, their prices are amazing compared to big companies. I paid only about one quarter of what other companies quoted me. Great service, honest pricing, and real results.
