We had high hopes at my office for Jan Pro. Their staff is very nice and easy to contact when needed. Unfortunately, we needed to contact them on a regular basis due to very poor service. Some of the problems were simple, like cleaning the floor, not leaving hair and dust balls, moving chairs to clean, or just missing things that are routine to the contract. They will come out and fix what was not cleaned properly, but you may have to do that every time or every other time, depending on your service agreement. It is completely inconsiderate to the client's time and trust that you can never be certain that a specific cleaning routine is being done properly. I can assure you it is not a professional circumstance when you feel as though you have to investigate every single time they cle
