I initially reached out to this company to assess a noise emitting from my unit. A technician came out and diagnosed a failing but functioning compressor and recommended replacing a valve as well. I agreed to replace the compressor since it was under warranty but not the valve. Multiple weeks go by without a phone call or visit. I then call back, and we are able to get it scheduled. Two techs came out to install the compressor, and after installing it, I'm told that now I need to replace the valve due to a possible negative effect on the compressor. I asked the techs if the unit was functioning right now without noise, and the response was yes. Going according to their recommendation, I agreed.
