On a very cold late evening when I had absolutely no fuel, I called multiple companies and no one would come. However, Jasinski fuel not only came that night, but has had the most professional and kindest attitude moving forward. Now, every time I’m running low on fuel, they reach out to me and come promptly. I truly appreciate the kindness and flexibility of this company. They really make you feel like family.

Great experience today! Thanks Johnnie, you were so helpful! We ran out of oil and our system was down for a couple days so no hot water or heat. We had another company deliver oil today, but the system still would not start right up. I called Johnnie as I know he is pretty great at solving issues as long as I’m able to articulate it to him. He was able to tell me exactly what tools and equipment I need and what to do to rectify the problem! To me, having people like Johnnie that can solve an issue with a phone call and a brief description is rare! That man has some serious knowledge!!

We had no hot water on a Sunday and it turned out to be our furnace. After our normal furnace cleaning company didn’t pick up the phone because it was a Sunday, We were able to find jasinski fuel and gave them a call. They picked up right away and were able to come out the very next day and were able to fix the broken parts immediately on site and give the furnace a full clean and filter replacement. Service was top notch and I really like supporting local family owned businesses. The prices were very reasonable for the repairs they had to do. Customer service was top notch and I definitely recommend this oil company to anyone else that finds themselves in a pinch. I’ll use them for future cleanings as well

I have been using Jasinski for multiple jobs at a commercial building we own and they have provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and the quality of their work. On a recent job I had at my building, they identified the problem on an older furnace, found replacement parts which were retrofitted to work with the existing furnace, and got an excellent outcome. And they even replaced my thermostat at no extra charge. I consider people to be knowledgeable when they say, "I'm not sure but I'll find out." And then they do just that. Highly recommend for our HVAC needs!
