The ceiling was leaking under the tiled shower. It wasnt the plumbing. I called a few places but they wanted to install a new shower, instead of repair. I called Mike and he came out to assess the issue. He cautioned us that it may not be a quick fix that I thought. He gave us an estimate for repairing the shower floor and an estimate for a shower remodel. He was hopeful for the floor repair, until he removed the tile floor. The concrete floor was so poorly done. Mike showed me alot of issues with the floor and we agreed it was beyond repair. He started to remove wall tiles but found the tiles did not have full mortar behind them (only drops). At that point, we discussed and agreed upon a full remodel.
