Restoration 1 of Waterbury

Called restoration 1 at about 8pm last Tuesday when I noticed my walls ‘crying’ from what we found to be an ice dam on my roof. The owner answered the phone right away, which I was surprised since it was late, he went through a slew of questions to try to analyze what was going on at the time and told me he would be there first thing in the morning with a crew of guys. Brandon and Austin showed up on time and while Austin checked all the walls on three levels of my home Brandon helped guide me through my homeowners insurance. Later in the day Austin showed back up to tarp off/ get two massive dehumidifiers going. I was surprised how fast these guys went to work. Brandon texted me 1/2 times a day checking in to see how the leak was/if there was more water coming in and even sent guys out to

The whole Restoration 1 team was great and very professional. Austin was a great leader with the project, he was available whenever I had any questions regarding the mitigation process. Brandon is a great guy too, always made time when I had questions in regards to the insurance claim. All around great experience, would recommend them highly!

Everyone who came and worked on my home was phenomenal. Austin was always available if I had questions and made everything go smoothly. The cleaning done was of such high quality.
