Contacted Jason's Home Improvement online through their website to receive an estimate for home repairs. Jason called me back a day later and scheduled a time to stop the following day at 6pm. At 7pm on the day he was to arrive, he had not yet shown up and when I called to see if anything had changed he had clearly forgotten the time he agreed to and said maybe he could make it the next day. Not a high level of confidence in using a business that cannot remember to write down their own recommended show time. Can post all the award pictures you want on your website, can't imagine those are won for failing to do the basics.

Jason did a complete overhaul of my main bathroom. He did an amazing job. I love his work. He is very professional, was always on time, and worked later if needed to. His prices are more than fair. I highly recommend him to anyone, needing his service.

Jason Fields displays an exceptional work ethic; he shows up on time, works hard, keeps debris and mess to a minimal, and keeps you informed on a daily basis of the project’s progress. He also owns a “huge” scaffolding system. I hired another contractor in February 2020, but due to health issues he was unable to complete my home repairs. Jason was willing to come in and finish the repairs that the other contractor had begun. He replaced a second-story double, wooden window. It was no easy task installing a vinyl window that the other contractor had measured/ordered; it was like putting a jigsaw puzzle together without knowing the actual picture. To counter Mr. Choi’s complaint I’m giving Jason 5 stars. I am the owner of the unit that sustained water damage. I contacted Jason on a Wednesday, provided him with photos, and an explanation of the repairs. Jason quoted me $400 and he said he could be there to fix it on a Saturday at 9am. He was there on Saturday, came back Sunday to re-mud the hole, and finished up the stippling on Monday at 5:30; all around my tenant’s schedule. I highly recommend using Jason as he was prompt, efficient, flexible, and affordable. If Mr. Choi had an issue or wanted to use someone else he should have coordinated it himself, which was opted to him.

Overcharged because he knew he could. Our neighbor sustained some water damage from us and decided to call Jason. We should’ve been in on the conversations because he decided to charge nearly double for his work. Our mistake for sure. He wanted $400 for ceiling work. We were so shocked and decided to show the picture to a general contractor to see if this was normal. We were informed that a fair price would be $200-275. Lesson learned. No wonder he took down his Facebook reviews. I guess he’s back to his old antics from 2014.
