I give two big thumbs up. Power doesn't go out often compared to other places I've lived. When it does, it is back in an efficiently timely manner. Aside from the hurricane outage that took out the main supply in 2019. The linemen hook up power quickly once they arrive. I've noticed that all employees are quite courteous, but yes occasionally one may have a bad day. Only thing I wonder about is why the power they obtain doesn't come from our dam at Sam Rayburn?

This company charged us 2 deposits of 250.00 each. It's been 4 years and still no deposit back. Our electric bill is double what we paid in Willis Tx.

They love turning the power out on elderly people constantly and skyrocketing their bills, seriously who pays 1500 dollars for electricity in TRAILERS?!, and then will not tell you the day they will turn it off. Terrible stay away.

My bill for a one month cycle was $158. I moved and switched over from JNEC and my final bill is $155 and that's for only 10 days!

Just called to pay my bill because the website is down and I cant get the automated system on the phone to work either. I asked the lady can I pay the bill with her over the phone and she rudely says I guess so. And continued to be rude!
