Javier Hardwood Flooring

We hired Javier to sand, refinish, and stain some of our wood flooring. He did an outstanding job as one can see in the attached photos. We met once with him for a quote and to go over the whole process (time frame, etc.). From the first day of the quote to the last day here, he was professional, courteous, respectful, on-time, and communicated perfectly to us. We have only positive things to say about our time with him. And look at the floors now - the results speak loudly for themselves! The man is clearly an experienced professional. We will have him back to complete the rest of our home. Thank you, Javier!!!!!!

I hired Javier to paint my entryway, hallway, and kitchen, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, walking me through the entire process and keeping communication easy throughout. He patched, smoothed, and resurfaced my old drywall beautifully-he clearly has a lot of experience working with older homes in the area and understands their quirks. The work was thorough, clean, and very well done. Highly recommend!

First of all, Javier and his crew are amazing. He did a wonderful job installing flooring on three floors of the house. He installed engineered hardwood on top of old vinyl flooring. He was extremely flexible and quick, while clearly being a perfectionist. I wish we had a 100 houses. :) I can’t recommend him enough.

Javier Flooring completely transformed my very dark red Brazilian floors into the perfect light color I had been envisioning. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! Javier gave me an estimate for $4300 for sanding, staining and three coats of water-based polyurethane. When he was finished and I gave him the 2nd half of the money he dashed out without giving me a chance to thoroughly check the job he did. Afterwards as I walked through my house I was devastated at how horrible of a job he did! First of all it did not look like the color I chose, golden pecan, it looks white and washed out and there are patches and areas where the old floor stain remained. There was no sheen at all, the floors are dull, grainy and gritty, the stairs felt sandy and rough. There was literally no polyurethane on them. There were big wheel marks all the way down the hallway from the sander and in addition to all that, there are holes everywhere on the
