I took my 4gpm Honda pressure washer to jays, I was told by another company that my engine was shot and needed to be replaced. Robert diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, had it fixed and out the door in less then an hour. Definitely the best experience I've had in a shop like that. I am a little late reviewing this company, only because I was hoping for better customer service. I took my lawn mower in because my husband couldn't get it started. They told me they were switching owners at the time. They gave me a ticket. I gave them some time to fix it. I called, and they told me it was on the table, but another job came in. It was winter, and i didn't need it right away. So I figured let them make their money, i am ok with being on the back burner. I called again they told me it would be ready at the beginning of the week. Another couple of weeks went by ( i got side tracked). I called them back. Why am i calling them???
