I can’t say enough good things about Brent Shad and his team at JB Brickworks. We had hired an incompetent contractor to do our patio and were so distraught about how it turned out. Brent was able to reuse much of the materials and his team completely redid our bluestone patio correctly. We are extremely happy with the final result.

Let me start with saying that the effect is terrific. The patio is really well done. The crew working on it was professional and I can highly recommend them. There's one caveat though. The plan for the permit was made for a patio bigger than discussed in the estimate, and until the final bill (which made the project go 33% over budget) no one notified me of that. Does the bigger patio make sense there and looks better and is more functional? Absolutely. Was I aware that we are going so much over budget? Not at all. Could I have micromanaged the crew, and walk with a measuring tape, calculating and comparing against the estimate? I think I could. Do I think I should have to do that? I don't think so. At the end I provided this feedback directly to the company. No response to email. No

JB did a fantastic job on our patio design. Every element we wanted was incorporated into our new favorite space. We LOVE the fire pit!! So AWESOME!!! Thanks for a great job!

You guys do great work! We are enjoying the patio and pool deck. It still looks great after 12 years!

J.B. Brickworks has done patios at both homes we've owned. They installed a driveway and patio for my parents almost 25 years ago and we've used them for everything since. They are the best of the best and we will use them again and continue to recommend them to all our family and friends.
