The purchase at JB factory flooring was fantastic. Dennis was able to answer all of our questions. He was able to give us a ball park figure right on the spot since we came with all the rooms dimensions. The install crew was also amazing they removed all the old carpet. Install was quick and painless. They were very professional and respectful. I would give more then 5 stars if possible.

The folks at this store were fantastic. Through contractor issues due to Covid and several trips due to our inability to decide which tiles and Luxury Vinyl Dennis worked with us every step of the way and kept us calm. Gabriel was also very helpful when it came time to load out and made sure my trailer was safe to go. I really don’t think they could have taken any better care of us through a year of contractor issues. Thanks to them we will be moving in in the near couple of weeks.

Buying tile from JB Tile turned out to be a wonderful experience. They have the best prices of quality tile in the area. I purchased tile for my house and after not being able to find a reasonable price for installation, Dennis, the manager at this location, recommended an experienced installer that only charged me half of what other installers were asking and he did a perfect and professional job - no flaws, a beautiful job. I returned to JB Tile to purchase additional tile to do bathrooms and again, we're completely satisfied with our selection and the advice we got from Dennis - he's a true gentleman and is the most knowledgeable professional on flooring I've met after visiting every tile store in three counties. I highly recommend you visit Dennis if you're considering a new floor

Went into the Eustis store looking for luxury vinyl flooring. We worked with Dennis, he is the honest and most knowledgeable person we’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He let us take a couple of samples home to match the color we were looking for. We ended up purchasing enough flooring for 2 rooms, KB1145 luxury vinyl flooring. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service and help we received from Dennis and the quality of the flooring we purchased.
