Great Service! Great Product! Great Customer Service! Joe the Owner, his staff, and the Flooring Installers were all great. I had almost and entire first floor done with Luxury Vinyl Wood Plank and Carpet. Soon to have the Master Bedroom & Bath done. Need I say I will definitely be going back to Folgelsongers. I've had my floors for about 2 months now and I absolutely love them. The floor guys (well the ones that installed the Vinyl Plank Flooring and my new baseboards were amazing. Paid attention to detail in which that makes me very happy because I'm picky. Everyone was very patient with me as I had lots of questions. LOL Would definitely recommend over and over again.

My husband and I have had more than our share of bad contractors in the past few years. We procrastinated for fear of another job gone wrong. We decided to shop local and picked out our samples from Fogelsonger's. I was impressed with the amount of samples. I am happy to say that they kept to the schedule. The crew was on time, polite and they did a wonderful job. I'm so happy with my new floors and I highly recommend Folgesonger to everyone.

Heard a lot of good about your store. Made plans to meet my wife there on a Saturday. You were closed and you close early on Friday. We are ready for carpet and wood flooring. How do you expect people to come in and shop when they work 8-5 and your closed by the time we get out. You would think being a flooring store you would have Saturday hrs.

I’ll start out my saying we had our full bathroom done last year and loved it. This year we had them do the floor in our dining room and living room and loved that as well. The kitchen and entry way a entirely different story. The guys showed up over an hour early and then seemed very inconvenienced that I didn’t have my car moved for them. They looked at the subfloor which we had ceramic tile down and said they’d have to charge us an additional $150 to grind the floor because we were unable to get all the mortar off the floor. The one guy noticed there was a soft soft in the floor next to the stairs and I said yes I had noticed that too. The other guy said my husband could nail up a 2x4 in the basement to help support it. My new floors look great and the quality of the installation was excellent. Everyone I worked with was very nice and they always knew who I was whenever I called, which I really liked. I would highly recommend them.
