James is awesome! Super knowledgeable, super friendly, johnny-on-the-spot, quick turnaround, was on time, on price, and left if better than he found it. Fixed my broken counter springs and did a once over of everything and offered tips for maintenance. Definitely my new "I know a guy" for garage doors!

One of the garage door springs broke at my daughter and son-n-law's house and I typically do the repairs for them but since I was out of town I told them I would get someone to fix it. So later that night, I sent my information to three garage door services in Granbury and James from JB Garage Dorr Services responded to at 7:00 am. it was after 10:00 before I heared from either one of the others and by then James was at the house and gave a quote. He did have to go to Ft Worth to get the spring but was back and finshed the job before 4:30. I also had bought a new door opener and James installed it for me. Great service and price from JB Garage Door Services in Granbury.

Very professional, courteous, and proficient. Replaced our steel backed garage door in just a couple of hours. James discussed the issues that we may soon face with the new stresses we’re putting on an older opener, as well as the costs associated with that future replacement. We actually experienced one of these issues when a capacitor blew while he was testing the new door. But, he came out the next day and changed the part out at no additional cost. Would recommend him to anyone in the Granbury area.

Fast, friendly & affordable! Mr. Brown was referred to us after we were unsuccessful at getting any of the major companies out to check our emergency issue. Even though it was the end of his day, he went back to the shop got his trailer and came back over to take care of us. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
