I had two water heater replaced and three faucet replaced or repaired. Very polite did what was ask and for the price quoted. Most importantly they had great communication and follow trough in showing up on time and completing the job. Very helpful and left the job clean.

They called and gave their ETA and arrived during their expected arrival window. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and gave in-depth answers to all the questions I asked. I felt the price was very reasonable and I would definitely refer them to family and friends! I will absolutely use them again! Thank you for the quality service you provide our community!

This is the second time we have used Option Plumbing and both times they did great work at a very reasonable price!! One plumbing company told us we needed new pipes from the house to the street at a huge expense. Option Plumbing came out and surveyed with a camera all the pipe lines under the house and out to the street! They said the pipes were good!! No replacements needed! And charged us a small fee for all their time!! Highly recommend Option Plumbing!!!

Overall satisfied with the service. They installed a business water heater. They were able to contract the electrician to update the electrical. He fixed three toilets and replaced a sink faucet. Very happy with the timing, ease of communication, and the ability to pay online. Would recommend highly and will call again for future service.
