I checked chatGPT for a heating and cooling company when I was having an issue with my heater. I put in “reputable, reasonable and professional”. I got one result: JC Heating and Cooling. My problem was larger than anticipated and I needed a new heater. From the tech that diagnosed to the installers of the new boiler, the salesman that guided me through the purchase and the office team, they all exemplified professionalism and were outstanding. While it was unpleasant having to deal with getting a new heater, they were all perfectly pleasant to work with and, frankly, I was a bit Of a nudge. They have a customer for life. Can’t recommend enough.

Have used JC for system checkups for about four years with satisfaction. When a complete new heat pump system was needed they did a great job. Recommend.

Everything about our service was fantastic. Quality of workmanship, fast service and great customer service. The service people who did the work were so nice and informative. Our unit was 33 years old and stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. JC was able to come look at it quickly and schedule within a few days to replace it. They didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and I appreciated the honest feedback. Will definitely recommend!
