Would not have this company do a concrete job for me again!! Was never told we needed to make an appt to pick up concrete in a dump truck. Wasnt sure exactly how much concrete was needed. Took 2 more loads. The 2nd load the yard guys made us wait 2 hours bc they had a "big" order to fill. On the 3rd and final load, this company gave us "soup" for concrete mixed with the bottom of the barrel concrete as well a the yard guys being meanies. Due to the last 2 loads taking so long and it not being solid concrete, we then lost the proper form of our pad. Called & spoke to the general manager, asked to maybe give us a little break on the next order . He "claims" he spoke to the owner of the company. Comes back with basically saying nobody is doing anything to help you out for next time. I guess

Professionalism from the point of calling till the truck left my house after getting all the concrete out. Coach as they call him, was great to deal and talk with. His experience, advice, and communication was key to a great day and successful outcome. We ran into issues when pouring where had to get additional concrete the day of, but JC Howard was able to meet the need and send another truck out. The drivers were great, communicative, and helpful during the process. Do yourself a favor and call JC Howard for all your concrete needs!

Trucks showed up an hour late, all kinds of hidden fees in final bill, was told I would get a call from “coach” never received a call. My guys ended up finishing after dark because of their poor dispatching and concrete that was way too wet!! Never using again. 0/10

Since 2019, our company has used JC Howard to pour well over a thousand yards of concrete. They are a reputable company with quality concrete, friendly staff, and excellent service. Highly recommended for your concrete needs.
