JC Licht Benjamin Moore Paint & Decor Store Crystal Lake

We drove from Delavan Wisconsin just to purchase paint for a project because we needed expert guidance and help. The staff was very helpful and professional guiding us through all the necessary materials and color matching for our project. We quickly realized that the recommended amount of paint based on square footage was way off and we purchased almost double the amount of paint than what we needed. We called and spoke with the manager he was swift to respond with an apology and and adjustment on our bill. He went beyond our expectations just to make things right. They are loyal to their customers and in turn we will continue to be loyal to JC Licht Crystal Lake. Highly Recommend.

We had a very positive experience at this JC Licht store. We came in to purchase window shades, 23 of them, for our new build. Our consultant, Madison Stein, was one of the most pleasant and professional people I’ve met. She patiently answered all of our questions, and we had many, and worked with us for a couple weeks till we got our order exactly correct. She was definitely a real pleasure to work with. Vickie Peter, our in-home measure specialist, was also wonderful throughout this process. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did her work in a very timely manner. She brings many years of experience , which helped to make the shade selection that was right for my living situation. She is so easy to work with and is very professional. The Hunter Douglas products are of such high quality and the selection is excellent.
