I can't recommend J.C. Miller enough for your concrete needs! They are highly professional partners and deliver great work. Overall, their communication was fantastic, their people all professional and kind in their conduct, and the product they deliver is excellent quality for a very competitive price. For our needs, we moved into our house about a year ago. The sidewalks around the house were narrow and the steps were not to code. We decided to work with a landscape planner not only to give us advice on the hard scaping but our plants as well. I am happy with my new patio from JC Miller and Sons Inc. however communication/follow through was a bit of a challenge; they didn’t show up to re-install railings on Thursday as promised which then turned into Friday, then the weekend passed & John stopped communicating all together. Luckily they showed up today (I am in an HOA so grateful for patient neighbors dealing with railings etc. on the lawn). Didn’t clean up after themselves (left nails, my planter and dirt they moved etc. in the lawn, stains on the side walk). The railings were “installed” but so loose I can shake them. Overall B-

Very happy with the steps, sidewalk, and garden wall J.C. Miller & Sons installed for us last summer. Competitive bid, quality work.

I had to point out that the form was 3 inches off from side to side on my back steps. Cement/steps were poured on my new sidewalk cracking my sidewalk. Landing was wider than the old steps barely can get by now with the snow blower and lawn mower. They fixed one side of my sidewalk but just patched the other side. Now that side has cracked and they won't fix it even though he said if I had any issues in the future he would. Didn't clean up the cement splats on my house or the loose cement leftover on the ground.

John and Kelly were really patient as we described exactly the project we had in mind. The concrete work was very professional and the finished product was amazing. They built a concrete patio with a space underneath for my garbage can and put in steps in front of my house. John was on the site several times to insure that the project was exactly what we wanted. His helpers were very nice to work with.
