Joe and his team just refinished all the wood floors in our house and I cannot recommend them enough! During the estimate he walked through the entire process from start to finish and made sure all of our questions were answered! He was patient with me when we were choosing our stain color, and made sure I was 100% happy before we moved forward. He was able to start the job right away and his entire team have been great! Not only did they do an amazing job but they cleaned up everyday and made sure our living space was not left dirty! Joe is a true craftsman in his field and I highly recommend his business! Joe was very thorough with his estimate, and right of the bat, very cautious of keeping the home neat during the inspection process. When the work began he was in communication with me throughout the entire process. He uncovered several issues that were left over from the previous owner and remedied them with such better quality craftsmanship. TL;DR; GREAT! I had some water damage below the vinyl floor. My carpenter carefully removed a bunch of the vinyl flooring. Some of the snap-in edges were a little rough. I was told by the original flooring installer that the entire 1,000 SF needed to be replaced as it wouldn't match. Well J. C. came in, 2 guys, and snapped all back in. It's perfect.
