Service was excellent. Jason arrived quickly and had my heat up and running again! While he was there I asked him to change the beads in my tankless hot water heater capsule. This was done promptly as well. He is a true professional.

Jacob was the tech who serviced my geothermal system on Feb. 11, 2026. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He worked non stop for hours until he was able to find the problem and solve it. John, who is the CEO of Thermatrol, which is a family owned business, worked with Jacob to help resolve the problem and when out of his way to explain what was going on to me. John makes you feel like you are part of the family and his kindness and knowledge is extremely appreciated. It is wonderful to work with a family company instead of a huge indifferent Conglomerate of a company that could care less about you or giving you quality customer service. They are the best I’ve had no AC they fixed it. They patched it but unfortunately it was extremely old and I added a room and it wasn’t big enough so I had to go to a 5 ton unit heat and AC. Marty is great everybody in that place is awesome From the sales people to the people that come out on an emergency can’t count on a better company. This all took place in 36 hours and I am up and running and down to 73° in my house. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Look at the pictures from the old stuff that is rusted and gross and I would say 23 years old to a brand new everything I would give them 10 stars if I could
